Delete your Step Trip data

Step Trip (by Oleksii Maksymov) uses an anonymous account — no email or password. You can delete it and all data linked to it at any time.

Open Step Trip.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my data.
Confirm. Your cloud save, leaderboard entries, rewards, statistics, crash reports and purchase notifications are deleted immediately, and your purchase customer record at RevenueCat is deleted too.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted immediately: anonymous account, cloud save, nickname and scores, reward and Daily Walk records, gameplay statistics, crash reports, purchase notifications for your install.
Kept on your device: local progress, until you uninstall the app.
Kept by Apple / Google: their own purchase records (needed for refunds and restoring purchases), under their policies.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@steptrip.app with the subject "Delete my data" and, if you can, your leaderboard nickname or purchase receipt so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
